Description
The Xylem-Bell & Gossett 169240 is a 1/3-horsepower electric motor developed for HVAC equipment. This can be used with 230 or 115-volt electrical systems, providing flexibility for different electrical configurations. Ball bearings are used in this single-phase motor to minimize friction and provide smooth performance. It has an automated temperature overload protection mechanism that guards against overheating and guarantees durability and dependability. A variety of Xylem-Bell & Gossett pumps, including models 111032 to 111037, are compatible with this motor. When fitted, it effectively rotates the pump impeller, producing the force required to move fluids, such as water, through hydronic heating and cooling systems. The Xylem-Bell & Gossett 169240 assists in restoring optimal performance and system efficiency to your HVAC equipment by replacing a worn-out or malfunctioning motor.
