The Schneider Electric Erie VM3312 is a three-way modulating valve that allows for precise regulation of water flow in HVAC systems. It’s a 3/4-inch sweat connection valve with a 2.5-CV capacity, which means it can flow up to 2.5 cubic feet per minute of water. It operates by electronically changing the flow of water between three ports, allowing for more efficient temperature management in heating and cooling systems. This valve is often used in VAV systems variable air volume chilled water systems, and CAV systems (constant air volume).
