Description
The Resideo S87J1026 Direct Spark Ignition Module is an innovative control device that is used in gas-fired heating systems for ignition. This low voltage, solid-state module is designed for use in furnaces, boilers, and other heating appliances and runs at 25V AC at 60 Hz. It is mainly developed for use with natural gas and LPG which makes it suitable for use in different HVAC systems. The module has a direct spark ignition system that provides a high voltage spark to ignite the gas burner directly and thus has a fast start-up. It features an anti-pollution pre-purge cycle that takes about 30 seconds to chase out any remaining gas in the combustion chamber to reduce hazardous situations and flare-ups.
