Description
The Resideo R24BA3002 Heat-Sequencer is used to control electric heating elements and has a timing mechanism for the proper functioning of the HVAC systems. Intended for HVAC furnaces and air handlers, it has two switches. It warms up heating elements in a stepwise manner to avoid high current spikes at the moment of switching on. This entails a 30–90 second warm-up time and a 1–30 second cool-down time, and it safely controls the heat stages. This enhances the durability of the equipment used and prevents the circuit from reaching its full capacity while maintaining an optimal temperature. It is quite compact and used in the proper functioning of the HVAC system with better efficiency and energy conservation.
