The Resideo Q373A2115 Pilot Burner NG BCR-18 Orifice is an advanced, intermittent pilot burner for natural gas applications in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This component is used to light gas burners in a controlled and a more or less standardized manner. The pilot burner employs an insert-type orifice, namely the BCR-18, to enable the precise regulation of fuel flow and ignition. It is packaged with a Style B mounting bracket that has a fitting diameter of 1/4 inch and a length of 1.15 inches. The orifice diameter is 0.018”, this is to allow the right amount of gas flow for ignition. This pilot burner possesses a high temperature rating ranging from 1000°F, and therefore can withstand high operational temperatures applicable in commercial and local heating systems.
