The Resideo AP401 is a specialized Air Purge high-efficiency air vent intended for hydronic heating systems, as well as air ventilation systems. Designed with a cast iron body of ASTM A48, this air clear out unit comes with pressure of 125 PSI. It is made from 1-1/4” pipe size and has female NPT threads, 1/2” at the bottom, and 1/8” at the top to guarantee a tight and leak-proof seal. It clears the heat exchanger that has accumulated air that hampers the performance of your HVAC systems. This unit releases air pockets to ensure that your system runs at its better and minimize the sound of your heating parts.
