The Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 065643 Thermal Expansion Valve(TXV) is an essential component in HVAC systems and refrigeration appliances. It is a 3/8” x 1/2” valve with an HFS connection and a 5’ capillary tube regulates the amount of refrigerant that flows to the evaporator. It works through sensing of evaporator temperature and managing refrigerant flow so that the better refrigeration is gained.
