Description
The Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 059548 Power Assembly is an internal part of certain models of Alco Thermal Expansion Valves (TXVs) made for R-134A refrigerant. This power assembly includes a 10-foot capillary tube that drives the internal mechanisms of the TXV. It efficiently transmits electrical or any other type of energy into mechanical movement, allowing the TXV to regulate the amount of refrigerant flowing into the evaporator. Through proper control of refrigerant flow, the power assembly plays a part in increasing the efficiency of the HVAC systems while using less energy and improve the general performance of the systems.
