Description
The Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 056421 Power Head Assembly is a sensing and control component used to control the flow of refrigerant in HVAC systems. This uses R22 refrigerant and has a 10′ capillary tube which passes pressure variations between the sensing bulb and the expansion valve. It is found in cooling units, evaporator assemblies, and commercial refrigeration systems in which precise superheat control is required. The thermostatic expansion valve system reacts to changes in temperature and pressure, manages the refrigerant flow and helps maintain the stable operating conditions.
