Description
The ASCO 8222G94 Solenoid Valve controls the flow of fluid through a piping circuit by opening or closing the passage when its electrical coil is energized. Within HVAC systems, it can be used for controlling water refrigerant or other compatible media where automatic flow regulation is required. This 2-way normally closed valve uses a 1/2-inch NPT connection and has a 4 Cv flow capacity with an operating pressure range of 050 PSI. It operates on 120 VAC power and remains closed when de-energized. The valve is mounted inline with the system piping and electrically connected to the equipment controls.
