Description
The Honeywell 191002R Electrical Less Sensing Tube is used with the C7076D 120V flame safeguard control. This tube is used to identify the presence of a flame in gas burners without using electrical conductivity. This is done by detecting the amount of infrared radiation given off by the flame and sending this signal to the C7076D control to check on the burner ignition and safety. Mainly applied in commercial and industrial HVAC heating equipment such as boilers and unit heaters, this sensing tube solves the problem of flame detection related to electrical connections. It is also suitable for harsh working conditions. Its primary advantage is better flame supervision reliability.
