Description
The Taco 110-253F Freedom Flange Set Cast Iron is a piping connection component used in hydronic HVAC systems to connect flow pump or valve to regulate threaded assembly. It includes matched cast iron flanges and fastening hardware that provide a leak-resistant joint at 1-1/4″ NPT interfaces and proper alignment. The flange set is mounted at pump or valve inlet and outlet port, allowing component to be eliminated without damaging the adjacent piping. It is used in boilers, chillers, and loop equipment to enhance fluid continuity and facilitate maintenance through simple dismantling.
