Description
The Danfoss 068U4281 Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) is a fine control valve applied to refrigeration and air conditioning applications. The expansion valve controls the quantity of refrigerant that gets into the evaporator to provide the desired performance level, as well as maximum efficiency. This TXV is compatible with R410A refrigerant and has a 1/2” x 5/8” ODF connection for use in different HVAC applications. The operation of the valve depends on its temperature value, which at the evaporator’s output, and on the circulation of the refrigerant. This is useful in avoiding overfeeding or starving the evaporator to the right superheat level as required. This improves the efficiency of the system and its length of service resulting in better construction and control of the system.
