Description
The Schneider Electric (Erie) AG13A060 On/Off Actuator which operates HVAC system zone valves through electrical power. The N/C operation of this actuator requires a 24V power supply through its 96-inch leads which enable simple electrical wiring. The actuator responds to signals by moving to open the valve which enables hot or chilled water to flow for heating or cooling purposes. The actuator goes back to its normally closed position through an internal spring mechanism after signal removal shutting off the flow. The system provides dependable two-position control for a temperature management in different areas while also conserving energy since it stops water flow during heating or cooling operations.
