Description
The ASCO 8215G3 3/4” Normally Closed Solenoid Gas Valve that is used for the purpose of controlling the gas as well as air in the HVAC system. This valve is designed for pneumatic systems and works within the pressure range of 5-125 PSI; the flow capacity of this valve is 5.1 CV. When energized, it permits flow and when de-energized, it shuts to prevent leakage of the gas. This functionality is essential in safety applications such as shutting off of gas and system venting. The low operational cost is achieved through the lightweight aluminum body while at the same time being durable.
