Description
The Carrier 11203502000005 3-Pole contactor which is specially used in HVAC systems. Being an electromagnetic switch, it is regulating the flow of electric current to the different parts of the HVAC unit. This particular model has a maximum current rating of 12A and has a frequency of 50/60 Hz can be used with regular power supplies. This type of contactors works through an electromagnet that can either make or break an electrical circuit. When a control signal is activated, it pulls the contact points together through the energizing of the electromagnet and the circuit is then closed, allowing current to pass through the equipment connected.
