Description
The Resideo V8043E1004 Normally-Closed Zone Valve is intended for hydronic HVAC systems, having 1/2″ sweat connections and 18″ lead wires, and 24V for simple installation. This valve regulates, the flow of water in heating applications as it opens when powered and goes back to a closed position when de-energized to provide efficient zone control. It is commonly used with hot water baseboards, radiators, or radiant floor heating systems, which increases energy efficiency because heat is only transferred to where it is needed.
