Description
The MARS 33246 Electric Heat Sequencer functions as a double-pole single-throw switch that controls electric heating element operation in HVAC systems for efficient and safe heating cycles. The 24V sequencer functions in electric furnaces, heat pumps and air handlers to prevent system strain by activating heating elements in staggered patterns. By staging heating element activation instead of simultaneous operation the sequencer decreases, inrush current and improves system reliability and energy efficiency.
