Description
The Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 057904 7.5-ton Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV), which operates with R134A refrigerant. It has a 5/8” x 7/8” connection and can be used in different types of refrigeration and air conditioning. TXVs such as this one control the amount of refrigerant that is allowed into the evaporator depending on the temperature that is sensed to assure high efficiency and avoid overheating. This TXV is widely applied in many commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning applications.
