Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 049185 Suction Line Filter Drier, model ASF75S13W is an essential element of HVAC systems that is used to protect the compressors from dirt and solid contaminants. This filter drier has a size of 1-5/8” and is used to filter moisture and acid from the refrigerants for the better performance of the system and longevity of the system. It has two access valves for pressure check, copper connections for ease of connection and a steel body for withstanding shock. This filter drier is designed to work with CFC, HCFC, and HFC types of refrigerants hence can be used in many applications.
