Description
The Armstrong Fluid Technology 406622-000 Water Slinger is applied to shield rotating equipment by preventing condensate or leakage to bearings and other parts in the HVAC systems. It is a disc that is formed accurately and is mounted on a shaft or a housing which captures and throws out water by centrifugal force so that fluid does not get into bearing housings or electrical enclosures. This is dry internally. Its purpose was to decrease corrosion and increase the operation of pumps, fan assemblies and other rotating components of commercial and industrial gear.
