Description
The Little Giant 599065 Check Valve is a one-way flow control component used in condensate removal systems to prevent backflow of liquid into the discharge line. It is installed in a pump outlet tubing where it allow water to move outward when the pump operates and block reverse movement when the pump stop. In HVAC systems it is commonly used with condensate pumps in air handlers, furnaces, and cooling equipment to help maintain proper drainage and avoid re-accumulation of water in the collection reservoir. It flap mechanism responds to pressure changes ensuring directional flow.
